My drone goes into the atmosphere and in this apocalyptic future it detects where in the atmosphere the color is not normal.  It then releases special gaseous substances that can help make the atmosphere better and take out any toxins or harmful substances.  The tanks on the sides and below it is where the special gasses will be held.  The gas turns the toxins and harmful substances into rain that can help purify and bring back the Earth from the apocalypse.
