The underearth horn whistle filters both filters and collects air, water and soil and alerts when toxins have become too high for consumption or use.  Each horn and whistle uses the air/water collected to send the signal through the proper horn/whistle.  The filter redistributes the toxin rather than isolates and condenses them.
