The hyper-gentrified, rich, technological center of Pittsburgh has developed a quarantine to isolate itself from the lower classes. The system is a literal bubble with a motorized opening to allow gourmet food deliveries, with a hatch that disinfects the incoming air. Meanwhile, the less privileged groups that have been pushed out of the new Pittsburgh are left to fend for themselves.
